      Warrensburg Baptist Church Receives Bequest; Estate Valued at $6,500

      The will of Mrs. Cora B. Palmer of Warrensburg, who died Dec. 18, has been admitted to probate in Warren County Surrogate's Court and letters testamentary issued to Stewart Farrar of Warrensburg, a nephew. The estate is valued at an estimated $3,500 in real property and $3,000 personal.

      Bequests under the terms of this will include $200 to the First Baptist Church of Warrensburg, $350 in trust and articles of personal property to Clarence Farrar, a brother of the deceased, of Warrensburg; $350 and personal articles to Florence Smith and $150 and personal artciles to Lena May Twiss, both sisters of Glens Falls; $50 to Leslie A. Palmer, Long Lake, husband of the deceased. Personal articles are left to Beatrice Vaissiere, Ethel Wilcox, Beatrice Beswick, Glens Falls, Irla Benjamin and Rita Reynolds, Chicago, Helen Dietze, Corinth, and Grace Schultz, Sayville, nieces; Justin P. Farra, Robert Twiss, Hartwell Farrar, Stewart Farrar, nephews; Herman Smith, Glens Falls, brother-in-law; and Warrensburg Lodge of Odd Fellows.

      The remainder of the estate is divided into 15 equal shares, three of which are left to Clarence Farrar, Warrensburg, brother; three each to Lena May Twiss and Florence Smith, Glens Falls, sisters; three to descendents of Charles Harvey Farrar and three to descendents of George W. Farrar, deceased brothers. John R. S. McNally of Warrensburg is attorney for the estate.
