  	SOUTH GLENS FALLS -- Winifred K. McGuire, 101, of Lamplighter Acres, passed away peacefully Jan. 4, 2012, at Westmount Health Facility in Queensbury. Born July 16, 1910, in Rutland, Vt., she was the daughter of the late Cyril and Bertha (Young) Jasmin. Winifred had the privilege of staying at home and raising her children. Some of her enjoyments included making all types of crafts, sewing and above all, she loved spending time with her family. She went to the United Methodist Church in Vermont. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two former husbands, Henry G. Keith, who passed away in 1949, and William McGuire, who passed away in 1976, two sons, Henry F. Keith and Edwin H. Keith, three granddaughters, Julie Keith, Lynn Marie Prespare and Kathy Keith, two brothers, Erwin "Bud" Jasmin and Clarence "Jock" Jasmin, one sister, Lena Goodrich, and one son-in-law, Jack Wrye. Survivors include one daughter, Norma Wrye of South Glens Falls; one son, Terry C. Keith and his wife, Margie, of Brookline, Mass.; nine grandchildren, H. Bruce Keith, Brian Keith, Nancy Lawrence, David Wrye, Danny Wrye, James Keith, Jody Keith, Renee Philips and Kevin Keith; 20 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; one-daughter-in-law, Ruth Keith of Glens Falls; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Friends may call upon the family from noon to 1 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 8, at Maynard D. Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Rich Weihing of Queensbury United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation, in loving memory of Winifred, to Westmount Health Facility's Activity Fund, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804, or to a charity of one's choice. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Heidi Wrye, Winifred's granddaughter-in-law, Priscilla Greer, and to the doctors, nurses, aides and staff at Westmount Health Facility, for all of their care and support.
